As of Friday Wesson has been off all forms of chemotherapy. We are waiting for count recovery and gearing up physically and emotionally for the next round of chemotherapy and the dreaded steroids, but hopefully praying for a clean remission or atleast a downward trend that will lead Wesson to his next step toward a cure -- NK therapy. We were able to spend most of the weekend away from the hospital life, and were even blessed with some AMAZING visitors to see what our new life is like down here in Memphis, TN.

Best buds --chilling together in the early morning hours, before getting ready to head to St. Jude! Wesson is smiling because it his very last day in the isolation room of the Grizzly House, and is anxious to get back in his own apartment again!

Although the Grizzly House will not be greatly missed -- we still don't ever forget the memories that are made.
Bed Time Stories

Over the past week Wesson has learned all sorts of new tricks, experienced a few firsts, and found a closer bond with his big brother Keegan. He continues to thrive and even has had an increase in appetite! We've had devestating news, heartache... and emotional defeat. And after tears, sorrow, and lots and lots of prayers --  Wesson was given a spot in a clinical trial for Natural Killer Cell therapy -- an innovated treatment therapy that poses real evidence of hope for his specific type of cancer. We have been given a new hope for a cure....

Wesson learned to sit up in his stroller like a big boy!

Keegan and his new favorite bear -- Aunt Kara got it for him at the St. Jude gift shop. Thanks Kara!

Keegan found his new dream car....

Wesson got to wear his "Win for Wesson" shirt....supporting the Winner Warriors at their state basketball tournament over the weekend. Wesson will always be our Warrior ....

We got ourselves moved back "home", and had boy conversations that girls (even mommies) aren't allowed be part of....

....Learned new trick of standing up with assistance -- Go Wesson Go!! And a new taste for a family favorite snack -- licorice!

Still trying to crawl...and still ready as ever to bring home a Win....

Wesson had his first St. Patrick's Day celebration...as a true Irishman himself...

And we got to spend much needed family time with Kara and Justin....
